These are a list of goals and action plans for our church for the year. We formulated them at the recent Church Planning workshop. Will you get on board and help them move from possibilities to realities for Aldersgate? *Welcoming Culture: "To create a culture team to identify and train individuals who are intentional about creating a culture that is welcoming, hospitable, and contagious at Aldergate."
*Children/Youth/Family: "We will begin 4 new initiatives to strengthen youth/children/family ministries around identified areas."
*Communication: "By July 1, we will create a comprehensive communications plan to include assessment of current procedures and identify future needs and implement new procedures: internal and external."
